- KSKatie SFeb 4, 20261.0I went to the Venetia Post Office today to mail a package and needed to attach a return address. I was told by Kayla that I had to purchase a $4 roll of tape in order to do so. No help, no nothing. Just “you have buy that tape”. Oh ok ma’am, sorry for interrupting your busy day. The office was completely empty, yet providing two small pieces of tape was apparently not an option. Something so small. Like many people, I didn’t realize attaching a return address was such a big deal. I now own a 1.88 x 800 inch roll of tape for what required only a few inches. Given how expensive postage already is, this felt unnecessary. The lack of flexibility and the attitude made a simple errand far more frustrating and costly than it needed to be. Customer service doesn’t require breaking rules—it just requires a little common sense and common courtesy. Unfortunately, this is what Kayla and this post office are lacking.

I constantly do not get my mail or packages because for some reason they can't read!!! They deliver everything to another street with the same house number!!! I have complained, but nothing changes. Incompetence.
