Now I must cancel very needed Specialist appointments and medical rides there because I don’t have the insurance card and booklet HUMANA mailed. Valencia post office very rude and unhelpful and this website sounded like help. After I filled everything out, fine print says membership charge $40: per month, SHAME on all you who used to be helpful and now just want to scam and charge very sick old ladies… GOD is watching

The truck driver could not find my address, so instead of asking my neighbor where we were located, he left a slip in my mailbox. I needed what I ordered as soon as possible due to school work and I am also a firefighter. The driver figured out where my address was located once I had called the office. I will NEVER have something shipped to me by USPS again due to this
