I misplaced my receipt for a package that should have been delivered overnight. It was delivered a day late. Because I didn’t have the tracking number, I couldn’t get information on where the package was. The post office employee named John went above and beyond to research the package tracking number by searching transactions of all the overnight deliveries from thst office using my sisters address along with the amount I paid, how I paid, the date and time of the transaction! I purposely chose that office out of the 3 I’m my area I could have visited because I have always received pleasant, timely, and expert service! This transaction experience was exceptional! Thank you John for making my day locating the tracking number and information on the delivery. It was a day late but that wasn’t due to John’s efforts! He put it on the truck himself the evening of the day I sent it. I’ll blame it on the gov shutdown!

Male clerk is miserable and unprofessional. I can’t understand how he has a customer service job interacting with people. He is grumpy and rude and should be working behind the scenes.

Whoever the white haired older man is in this location is absolutely awful. He needs to retire without pension. It's your job to mail packages. I've tried everything I possibly could to get him out of his funk. However I did get a hello recently. I've witnessed him arguing with people because they come right before lunchtime. (Apparently if the workers don't clock out at exactly the lunchtime they aren't paid) I've witnessed him rolling eyes, being short with people, raising voice, for literally his job. He's personally given me beef for wanting my stuff USPS stamped rolling his eyes bc I want that. The last time I didn't get my mail stamped bc I didn't want to deal with him, my check got stolen (not sure if it was this location or a Philadelphia location that stole the check) Either way it's obvious this fella is close to retirement and needs to be LET GO without a dime. Same with Glenmoore Post Office. (Different reasons mostly) Awful absolutely awful people riding till the end and being mean, rude, unhelpful.

One of the best post office locations I have been to, and I frequent regularly as it's the closest one to where I live. The young man who's always working when I go is always super friendly and knowledgable about shipping and postage. Things get shipped out super quickly from the location too, very efficient and accurate.
