I told him that my camera didn’t see any delivery, mack was dismissive rude and as kind as I was he said I was trying to start an argument. I let Mack know that I simply wanted information and to retrieve my package. He became more combative. I asked for his first and last name to which he refuse to give his first, and wouldn’t spell his last. He states he is the manager, which shocked me. I hope in the future usps picks better for their management position. Such unprofessionalism and dismissal shouldn’t acceptable. Either way I hope Mack has a better day and treats people with more respect, and learn the proper way to communicate. Some people just need a hug while Mack doesn’t deserve one I think he could use it. Do better Mack, I’m reporting you as well. While it won’t do much I hope you decide next time to be nicer.
