I told him that my camera didn’t see any delivery, mack was dismissive rude and as kind as I was he said I was trying to start an argument. I let Mack know that I simply wanted information and to retrieve my package. He became more combative. I asked for his first and last name to which he refuse to give his first, and wouldn’t spell his last. He states he is the manager, which shocked me. I hope in the future usps picks better for their management position. Such unprofessionalism and dismissal shouldn’t acceptable. Either way I hope Mack has a better day and treats people with more respect, and learn the proper way to communicate. Some people just need a hug while Mack doesn’t deserve one I think he could use it. Do better Mack, I’m reporting you as well. While it won’t do much I hope you decide next time to be nicer. Jennifer, the clerk, was wildly unprofessional when the machine was not functioning correctly. She was unable to offer troubleshooting despite being the only “fingerprinting specialist” available. She simply said “I don’t know” and then proceeded to call me a SLUR under her breath. I waited 40 minutes and eventually someone was able to fix the machine. Jennifer should be fired she was incredibly rude
