I called in because the stated time for my package delivery was inaccurate. Mack or Mac answered the phone extremely rudely. I told him that my camera didn’t see any delivery, mack was dismissive rude and as kind as I was he said I was trying to start an argument. I let Mack know that I simply wanted information and to retrieve my package. He became more combative. I asked for his first and last name to which he refuse to give his first, and wouldn’t spell his last. He states he is the manager, which shocked me. I hope in the future usps picks better for their management position. Such unprofessionalism and dismissal shouldn’t acceptable. Either way I hope Mack has a better day and treats people with more respect, and learn the proper way to communicate. Some people just need a hug while Mack doesn’t deserve one I think he could use it. Do better Mack, I’m reporting you as well. While it won’t do much I hope you decide next time to be nicer. It really isn’t hard…

terrible service. the front desk lady was rude and gave me attitude when I asked for help with my damaged passport. she didn’t acknowledge anything i was saying, just kept repeating the same thing. on top of that, USPS gave me the wrong paperwork, so I had to redo everything. Very unprofessional. if you’re thinking about going somewhere else, do it and save your time

This is the worse post office ever. Lines always long. Staff is slow and very inconsiderate. The mail gets loss and they don’t feel it’s an priority to try and locate it. I wouldn’t recommend this post office to anyone
