- SFSusan F.Apr 14, 20201.0Put ten packages in the mail box at this post office on April 5th at the direction of the woman postal employee who was collecting the mail at the end of the day. That is the last they were seen or heard from. No one at the post office (despite 3 trips and several attempted calls - no one answers) have not resulted in my finding my packages. Tracking won't work because tracking says that they weren't received. The party line at the post office is that they "don't appear as scanned until they reach the hub." I am at a total loss. Can anyone help?

When I called to see if the box may have been compromised the lady stated no & the mail is collected twice each day. Even more reason for concern. Now I have to stop payment on 4 checks. What happened to my mail!!!!

Still, being on hold for over an hour is very hard when you have already dealt with 3 other groups before calling the local post office to find a missing package.
