Turns out the downtown office is the main building that does all of the package issues. So this place is purely to ship out mail.

I wish they had a priority mail drop bin, so we don't have to wait in line to drop off prepaid mail. I also think it would help if they got a part-time employee to help during the peak hours. During those times, the line is to the door! The guy that runs it is incredible and super efficient at moving the line, but I wish he had some help during those busy times.
