Repeatedly called me "bro" and "man" on the phone and refused any help whenever they apparently handed my package to another customer and proceeded to tell me it was a tracking number issue. He then raised his voice and tried to force his explanation on me. Would happily avoid this place for the rest of my life if it weren't a completely essential service.

However the multiple other times I have visited this location the customer service is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I also had to stop buying online, whoever delivered my package, delivered it open and I had my "Buddha" picture taking out of it. I was waiting weeks to receive it and never did get it. I thought it was a federal offense to open someone else's mail and take something that did not belong to them?
