- CBChristina BowenJul 17, 20251.0Mail carrier never delivers my certified mail. I am home all day nearly every day and end up with notices to come pick things up at the post office. I have health issues that often prevent me from driving, so this is a major inconvenience to me. With the current certified letter that they're withholding from me, I was home all day the day that the first notice came and the day that the "re delivery" notice came and neither day did I get a knock on the door. I try to call and they let the phone ring and ring, never picking up. They're great at delivering giant newspaper fliers that I didn't never signed up for and that take up my entire mailbox though. I'm thoroughly frustrated and disgusted by their lack of service.
