Now problem is, I'm normally doing daily chores in my kitchen around that time, and I've seen them pull up to my mail box from my kitchen window and put my mail in there and dive off. No attempt to actually knock on my door, or even pull into my driveway and honk. I'm watching you lady, I can see you didn't check to see if I'm home. I can track the package and know it's going to be here around 1:30. So this means that she had already decided not to try at the start of her route, because the slip that is delivered instead of my package was filled out by hand and placed in the middle of my other mail. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because I went and complained about it a couple times and the post master laid into her ass. It seems she's been doing this for a while. And it's gotten better since. Probably because she knows I'm willing to complain about her while I'm there getting the package she should have brought in the first place.
