  Robert Half does not follow up or through with people. I left several voicemails asking for someone to call me back so I could get assistance in my job search, and nothing! Completely unprofessional! And this is not the first time I’ve experienced that. Their firms are useless all over the country!

  There’s a reason why Robert Half doesn’t have great outstanding reviews. They are only for themselves not the actual needs of their so called “Candidates”. As long as they are getting paid they do not care about whether you received a position or placement or lack there of. They do not care to hear your feedback as to how your experience was with the Job itself or even their own performance when “helping” you find a position that suits you and suits the client (s). I thought I had finally had a good experience with Robert half after several years of putting in applications and going through the process just to find out that once you have been placed you are no longer their concern and nothing that matters to you matters to them, not even your SAFETY and mental wellbeing! They will tell you to call and reach out as often as you can as “that’s a good sign for a recruiter” just to ignore you and dismiss you and lash out at you for simply following their suggestion. Robert Half will continue to receive negative reviews until they see the candidates that they are helping find positions as Human Beings rather than just another dollar in their pocket!

  Don't waist your valuable time. That reason is a lack of commitment. Recruiters are faced with a myriad of challenges and obstacles on a daily basis. Those who are not willing or able to overcome those challenges and obstacles simply are not committed enough.

  I like this company because communication with one recruiter was excellent at first and some of them are very responsive. Everything is straight forward and there's no hidden surprised when it comes to working with them. But my concern is, they take more than 30 days to find well paying projects for candidates and you cannot rely on them solely to find you work. You must find your own jobs, and I've noticed if you do find your own job and they call you for work and you tell them that you already find something on your own, they will literally Xed you out and not wanting to work with you anymore even after calling and leaving messages for the recruiter. You will still get no calls back just because you find your own job, which is highly unprofessional on their part and it's a very bad business practice. One recruiter's bad business practices can make the whole company look very bad. And in a world of technology, people around the world can see reviews about this company, good or bad. So maybe they should reevaluate their business practices and retrain their recruiters. So I'm staying away and warning all my friends and family about this company.

  I'm a recent transplant from California and spent the last 3 months using online job search methods and getting nowhere. So I called Robert Half and spoke to Roman to see what opportunities they had and what they could do to help me. A few days later, I met with their team and was impressed by their professionalism and genuine concern to get me placed right away. They were very clear about the position and its duties, the pay, and walked me through the entire onboarding process--the best part is that it's close to home! Thank you to Roman, Suzetta, and Sneha for being awesome at what you do!!!! @mommadoll62
