Then you have between 4pm-5pm to pick up your package because you didn't receive it because they don't knock. Ive arrived at around 4:50 and watched the ladu at the desk all but run to the front door to lock it before i could get in. I'm a veteran and my meds are necessary for my well being. I guess you don't have to try if you have a cush government job.
