- PSPat Finnegan ScalaFeb 9, 20201.0One star is too much for this dog and pony operation. Have not had a mail delivery for three days. When we do get mail it is very late in the day. Call them to discuss the bad service and the supervisor gets nasty. Other local post offices deliver mail every day. Used to be with the Milan post office and they were great. Towanda Post Office -- awful.

- JSJohn SmithJun 20, 20185.0I have to rate in a 5 lol. Only because it's our local post office. However!!!! I have stopped here before to pick up packages that have been dropped off here. Allegedly you are able to pick up the packages yourself to skip the delayed delivery. But this office refuses to go out of their way to sort through boxes to do just that. One thing I can't stand about post offices is how they are doing their own thing because they are union.

Disregarded all of my reasoning for not being able to fix mailbox. Requested I fill in pot hole so I did what they said and had a letter saying to try again because it wasn't to their expectations. . Tried contacting them for 2 days and the phone rang busy , Would not recommend this place for anyone to deal with
