I am beyond disappointed with the ongoing service and conduct at this location. It’s a chain reaction of unprofessionalism that makes getting basic mail delivery impossible.
• The Mailbox Issue: The plow trucks consistently block the mailboxes with snow, and instead of working toward a solution, the Post Office simply refuses to deliver.
• Counter Service: When you inevitably have to go in person to retrieve your mail, the experience is even worse. The woman at the counter is extremely rude and treats every customer like a nuisance.
• Uncalled-for Comments: Most shocking was the interaction with my carrier. After a civil conversation where I agreed to clear the mailbox as requested, he made a completely inappropriate and baseless comment about "getting out of there before he gets sexually harassed." It was bizarre, offensive, and totally unprovoked.
I work for the government myself, and I know for a fact that this isn't how you treat the public. There is a complete lack of professional standards here. This town deserves better than this "jerk" attitude from people who are supposed to be providing a service. they need to get it together’
The guy beside me is getting his mail and not shoveled out but mine is and I’m not receiving it.

Worst post office around. Was kept waiting for 15 minutes. Tried calling while in waiting area (with multiple others that were waiting) and heard staff laughing and joking how the phone should be "taken off the hook". Sad excuse for staff and a post office.

By far the worst customer service ever. I checked hours online since nothing is posted on the door it said 8:30am. Was there by 8:20 @ 8:50am I went in and pulled on the door, at that time a gentleman came out yelling yanking on the door won't change the situation and proceeded to open the door. I said online says you open at 8:30am at which time I was told so what maybe I should get a job and not come bothering them, excuse me you picked a job in the post office if your not happy get a new job. I work overnight and get in 15 minutes early so I'm ready at start time someone needs to teach them how to do things right including customer service.

Somebody should take ownership and update the website as the hours are incorrect. No hours posted in the building. The front lobby is filled with discarded junk mail strewn on the counter. Obviously neither the post office or those that have boxes clean up. I have no idea when the last time that this facility was cleaned. Four parking spaces for one of the largest township is ridiculous and not to mention how dangerous it is to back out onto Main Street!!
