Do yourself a favor and drive to any other post offices in the area. The extra time spent driving to another post office will still save you time and a better overall experience. Typically only one person working. This particular visit, I had to write a review. Rude, which is typical. Out of coins (credit/debit/exact payment only). Postage stamping machine broke, had to buy stamps (out of holiday stamps) and finally she was on her final role of receipt paper so when that ran out, the post office would have to close until they got more in. She was working on getting more receipt paper while I was there because she was having a conversation with someone at the Downingtown location on her speaker phone so the whole post office could hear the conversation. Very professional, even told us all she was a supervisor! There are only a few light bulbs working in place, very dark in the back. If you go to this location, Good Luck!

Just went there Saturday morning 3 weeks before Christmas. They are only open from 10:00 -1:00 with one person at the desk. The short woman working at the desk was so incredibly rude. I got there before they opened to avoid a long line (last week there were 10-15 people in line at 10:05). When she unlocked the door she just walked away without opening it. At the desk she was just monotoned and nasty and very short with me. They should switch to self-serve kiosks or privatize and get rid of these people.

Worst postal office I have ever dealt with. My business is in a plaza and I called for information and got rudely told after being on hold for 20 minutes that they need to close down their registers so they cannot help me over the phone. When they do not close until 1pm and this was at 11am. I will be calling their corporate offices and putting in complaints every single day until I get a response from local post office. Very rude and disrespectful service.
