Clean, neat little post office "off the beaten path". Not over crowded, so service was very quick and efficient. The only odd note is the very awkward entrance. The "exit" should be the entrance, and visa vis. But since it's not overly busy, it's not a major concern.

Local post office, nice and friendly staffs. They did a good job taking care of people around here in Poconos.

I also have had a terrible experience twice with this post office and the older African-American woman. The first time I went there, she had asked me what she can do for me. Just as I was about to finish saying I need to ship out a box, she cut me of stating I have to come back later because she's now on lunch. Why ask me if I need help if you're going to deny it? Second time I went, I was helped by a younger white gentleman. I was looking to get a padded envelope for a gameboy I was shipping out. I had the gameboy on the counter and was waiting for the envelope, when the African American lady came over, and started to literally yell at me to put the "Cell Phone" on the weight. I told her that all I wanted at the moment was an envelope, but she kept insisting, in a very angry tone, that they cant do anything without weighing it first. I actually had to tell her to calm down, and that I wanted to fill out the address on the envelope first and that it wasn't a cell phone. The younger gentleman obviously knew she was out of line, by the fact he was rolling his eye. This place needs to clean shop. That woman is horrendous and I will always choose to go to the Cresco office down the road.
