- PAPeyton AujayJul 19, 20171.0The customer service sucks. I've tried multiple times to contact a representative, but you cant. I'm fed up. My packages come damaged & the mail never comes at the same time every day! They are terrible when you do get to speak to someone anyway, and your problems will never be solved. The ENTIRE company it awful. Sadly, I cant seem to get away from them or UPS which also sucks. Where is Fed-Ex when you need them? I don't think I've ever been this mad in my life at a costumer service call. Get your act together USPS because right now its not together
