- NRN RMar 22, 20251.0Lady behind the counter made ZERO eye contact with me throughout my entire passport application process. She was rude and acted inconvenienced despite there being no other customers present, saying she doesn’t understand why people from Binghamton don’t just go to the Binghamton post office to submit their passport applications. I told her I was closer to Susquehanna and how it was the first location to populate online for passport processing. She shrugged that off and dragged me through the process. I want to love this beautiful area, but every time I come here I get the feeling I’m not welcome. One of the poorest exchanges I’ve had in a long time.

Issue has not been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Unbelievable how upper management sweeps these issues under the rug. Rude and unprofessional. This post office a sad representation of the United States Postal Service. I feel sorry for customers in that area
