When I asked if my packages could be held bhe told me to come in do another change and address form and that's all he could do... I mean just going online and reading your policy you should be able to do A LOT more than that an to add on to the matter a change of address isn't even what I called to ask about!! YOUR POSTAL MEN FAILED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE had no reason or explanation on why and I was supposed to come in to change my address and just move on? WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGES YOUR POSTMAN DIDNT DELIVER TO ME??!

WHY PAY THE EXTRA COST FOR “PRIORITY” MAIL WHEN OBVIOUSLY MY PACKAGE IS NOT A PRIORITY… IT’S MISHANDLED, LOST, SHIPPED OFF TO ANOTHER FACILITY IT WAS NEVER SUPPOSE TO BE AT… IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY PLEASE SPARE US AND GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TODAY’S ISSUE… PACKAGE ARRIVES IN SUNBURY PA AT 6:50 am AS USUAL AND EXPECTED TO BE OUT FOR DELIVERY SAME DAY. FOR WHAT REASON??!!!?!? CHANGING MY “EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY” TO MONDAY!!! CALL USPS 1-800 AND SPEAK TO A MALE “MENA” WHO COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND COULDN’T TELL ME ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT I COULD LITERALLY SEE MYSELF. I DID HOWEVER GET THE LOCAL POST OFFICE NUMBER FROM HIM. CALL SUNBURY AND ADAM TELLS ME MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER ACTUALLY EVEN THERE.. COME ON ADAM.. IT HAD TO BE SCANNED IN THERE FOR THE TRACKING TO UPDATE THAT IT ARRIVED AT SUNBURY!! MAYBE HE WAS TRYING TO COVER HIS OWN BEHIND MAYBE HE WAS THE REASON MY PACKAGE DIDNT GET SENT OUT THE DOOR TO MY HOUSE INSTEAD OF MILLVILLE!!! I HATE USPS AND IM LEAVING GARBAGE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN!!
