I hand the card over along with the tracking number and was helped or thought i was being helped ? The postal clerk said the package is here and was scanned but it can not be found im sorry ? I said ok can i speak with a supervisor to expedite the search for my package ? The supervisor came down took all the same detailed information i had already given and said can you give me till 10am ? Ok the package was scanned and i will call when i have it in my possession ? Here it is after 2pm no call no update ? This is the same reason the USPS is hurting ! The over paid employees don't care but mess up their retirement or pensions ? Terrible agency ran by the government and should be shut down !
