- GNGemi NaeNov 18, 20241.0I've always had helpful,friendly and welcoming workers at other locations. This is by far the worst USPS I've ever went to. Nicole has snotty written all over her face, she doesn't greet you whatsoever just a dirty look when you're next in line, shes inconvenienced just by having to take a customer. The other guy with the really cool horseshoe hairline is BEYOND rude and disrespectful. Maybe its the balding causing his attitude? If you both hate your jobs that much then quit or if you're just miserable with your lives, don't work in customer service. Time to clean house with these two atleast. I'll never go to this location again as long as these two arrogant employees are working up front.

What jokes seriously. I was counting on this package for a trip I have today and you can’t even talk to anyone on the phone all you get is a stupid automated voice

I'm in a gated community so we have to get our mail from our mailbox area. The usps people literally mess up my orders every time. First it was a mix up of address so I got the wrong package or they give you thr wrong key for your package and you literally have to wait around to see them the next day so you can let them know and then they'll have to open every box just to figure it out. It's absolutely absurd and I'm completely fed up with the workers who can never seem to get anything right. So many ppl from just my community suffers with mail because of them and how unorganized they are.
