  Staples has been my preferred Amazon return location for some time and it still is, but my recent visit truly stood out thanks to Leanne*. In a professional and friendly way, she showed me that Staples is much more than just returns—walking me through promotions and rewards without any pressure. I left smiling, and since then, Staples in Bartonsville has become my first stop for office supplies before even considering Amazon. Great customer service like this is rare and her service is consistently outstanding which now I look forward to when I come to visit. Nice job!

  It’s a shame I can’t give zero stars… I Would not recommend this place to anyone ESPECIALLY NOT FOR AMAZON RETURNS. I returned an item valued at $487 and was never given a receipt when asked for one I was told it would be emailed to me, a few hours passed I never received it and called pack m. The employee who did the return insisted it was done correctly. A month later it’s still showing it wasn’t dropped off and the store refuses to review the camera footage or do anything to help me. So now I am out almost $500 I don’t have and Amazon just thinks I’m full of it and never returned it. Meanwhile the two ten dollar items I returned at the same time went smoothly… make it make sense

  I originally came here ro make copies but I decided to buy a printer. I came up to the cash register to pay where Alaina not only rang up my printer but she ordered ink for me online and offered to help with carrying everything to my car. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

  Ok. We have an entire store, with 5+ employees, and a single unisex bathroom. Who in the name of all zoning laws approved that. My poor daughter is traumatized from a single bathroom with two people (possibly employees) chatting instead of using the sole restroom and moving along. Also, they are 35% more expensive than Walmart. I was so happy to see a sales associate playing with what I assume were here kids... and then... the bathroom debacle. What a mess. I am sure the staff are trying but this store needs more than the staff can salvage.
