  Very poor management. The bathroom was filthy and not cleaned. We had an appointment and drove an hour to do the TSA precheck and the only person that could do it was out. No one else in the store could do it. They lied and said they were waiting 2 months for their own fingerprints, which is nonsense. It's management responsibility to fill in for vacancies to maintain customer services. They don't do that in this location. I would recommend going elsewhere, this store is poorly run.

  I asked for help, printing something, and the woman that works there, had a nasty attitude. She didn't want to help.

  I've never did an Amazon return. I stood in a very long line. When I got to the counter to ask for assistance, the girl was rude with a condescending tone and I was told I was in the wrong line. I then went into another long line and was helped by a very nice lady. However, I then had to get in yet another long line to what for the recept. This not a very positive experience!!

  Always a good experience at this Staples. This store in particular always appears to be organized and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. Here they offer office supplies, stationary, photocopying, and shipping supplies as well as Amazon returns. A good experience however the prices are a bit steep but that’s not just this store.

  Ok so I go into my local staples. And I went upto desk to get a fax done and this young Spanish girl did not want to help me use the fax machine at all she didn’t care at all she just sat there ignoring me then has another co worker call a really nice kid who came to the fax from reg area to help me he went above and beyond to help me fax my documents and the death certificate for my dad I lost sep 8 th he was very kind then I’m waiting there for this fax to go through took 20 mins for it to go through was insane I can’t believe that it took that long and that it was 23$ to make a fax and how absolutely rude that girl was no care at all no respect completely dismissed me as a paying costumer and ignored me like I wasn’t there I was so annoyed then I go to my car and some moron hit my door with there white car door on my brand new car I will never ever ever go to this place again ever whole store is dirty unorganized and I worked at a staples in past and one I worked at was clean and ppl were nice and respectful who ever the dm is needs to fix this situation it’s a hot mess and that girl needs to start appreciating her job which is costumer service not let me ignore a costumer and pass them off to the kid whose in a whole nother area actually doing his own job while she’s doing nothing at all but standing around…. Its insane to me that’s how u treat your costumers if I did that I’d be fired or written up…. Unreal get it together !!!!
