- KIKim Kingsley IngramAug 2, 20255.0I am astounded at the bad reviews. We never have a problem with our mail delivery, and when I ship at the post office (which is A LOT!) I never have any issues. Always prompt, polite, and helpful.

I resorted to getting my items from amazon shipped to a locker because our mail-man is too lazy to leave anything on our porch that doesn’t fit in our mailbox. Fortunately, each time this happens Amazon is gracious enough to credit my account. I truly believe the carrier is stealing my items to avoid delivery. I’m beyond frustrated with their service and the incompetence of their staff. Items have been damaged, missing, or stuffed in our mailbox so tight that I had to rip apart the box to get it out. I have called several times to complain, each time they make excuses for their lazy staff. Extremely frustrated. Based on other reviews on here, people are dealing with similar issues. This office should definitely be reviewed.
