Truely the cleanest, friendliest, fastest, and most efficient USPS I’ve ever went to! The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to help me with my boxes and deliveries.

At other PO’s, I’ve been able to trust that if I drop off my packages, they will scan the item as soon as they get a chance. At this post office, if you don’t physically see them scan it, you are risking having them not digitally “accept” the package. This could, and did result in multiple eBay packages being marked as “late” because they never got scanned on the day I dropped them off. That’s the reason I wait in line now, and make the guy physically scan each package in front of me. I’m leaving this review now because I’m sick and tired of the guy at the front counter giving me attitude for wanting a receipt for the past year and a half. If you can’t simply give someone a receipt with a smile, maybe customer service isn’t for you.

- RIRachael IrwinFeb 29, 20205.0Excellent Service, My Go-To Post Office: I live in Nazareth and that p.o. is excellent, as well, but I usually go to Stockertown since it is much more along the routes I travel. The parking in Stockertown is DREAMY. There is a huge, always nearly empty parking lot in the rear, and the service at the p.o. is always top-notch. This place is a hidden treasure.
