I had a few questions about printing labels and her response was " usually people know how to do that and have there own printer to do so". It was my first time trying to send something through posh mark. I then asked for a package that was waiting for me she said I needed the email, again in a rude tone. I asked her why she was getting an attitude with me when I was asking for help. Her reply was that's your problem not mine. I'll never return there.

Delivery person needs to learn that the opening they use is larger than the one we take our mail out of!
- BHBeth HolmDec 19, 20162.0I have had some minor issues with the delivery of mail in the past. This year, my medication was stolen, twice. The 2nd order is "out for delivery" since October. The postmaster has completely ignored my concerns, cancelled out my complaint to the postal inspector, refuses to take my call or return my calls in regards to the status of my missing medication. I have concerns about other mail that I may have not received or future mail that I may not receive.
