This is the most pathetic service and transportation I've ever had. If you can't do your job and treat other people's property with respect, GET ANOTHER JOB. ONE THAT YOU CAN DO. Update: tried filing the claim and all it says is cannot process claim. "Unfortunately we cannot process your claim. The sender has restricted claims for this package. Please reach out to them directly for assistance" There's no possible way to file a claim... I shouldn't be responsible for someone else who can't handle the package correctly!
