Not only did she do that, she went above and beyond to enable me to apply a coupon I didn't even know existed to my order, saving me more than $100 total. She didn't have to do that, but she did - and when she was having difficulty applying the coupon, she called over a manager to help with the transaction. I couldn't be happier about her proactive actions, which, again, saved me not only the $9 in rewards points, but also the $100 from that coupon. She and the manager both were awesome!
