Every visit leaves me feeling anxious because I know I will not receive helpful customer service. I always try to prepare my packages in advance to minimize what I need, but sometimes I need to purchase a box, ask a question, or get a receipt. On my last visit, I had two returns. For the first, I asked if I could use a large FedEx bag, the same type the item originally came in. The employee looked at me like I was asking for something unreasonable and said they only had boxes. He boxed the item, applied my label, and charged me for the box, which I accepted. For the second return, the packaging was confusing, and I asked if someone could assist me. The male employee told me he had no idea how to do it. The other employee, who always appears disengaged and avoids eye contact, said she knew the packaging was confusing but still offered no help. The lack of professionalism and willingness to assist was frustrating and made me feel like I was an unwelcome burden. More concerning, I only received a receipt for one of my packages. The second package, which already had a manufacturer’s label, was never scanned, and I have received no tracking updates from FedEx or the company. I am genuinely worried that my package was mishandled or never sent out at all. It is very troubling that leaving an item with FedEx does not guarantee it will even be scanned into the system. Based on repeated negative experiences with these same two employees, I do not trust this location. I strongly advise others to avoid it.
