The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful. Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location. Thank you for the great service Springfield!
