There is a way to let someone know your not sure you can help. Everyone was very acommodating until we arrived at the manager . Timothy I believe his name is. He was rude, short and treated me like a bother. After I was sent to him he ignored me for about 10 minutes. That is without even a " I'll be with you shortly" or anything remotely professional . Forward thru his rudeness and I'm surprised he's what you choose for a manager. If we treated people this way at my business we'd be out of customers . Maybe since your so big a chain your not concerned with who is representing you. But on the chance you are I want to let you know he could use some hospitality courses. Even just common courtesy lessons that we teach our children!!

I asked for help on a printing project that I can't get the image to show correctly and the person looked so confused when I asked for help and did not say anything to me. I asked someone else who was also not helpful. Go somewhere else for your printing and faxing needs.
