  Was coming from Wilmington, DE. Chose this location. Drove over 20 miles to drop off Amazon return only to find out that the system was down with no idea as to when it would return. Associate was polite, but offered no answers nor provided any solutions.

  Horrible service They wanted 2 days to laminate 2 pieces of papers!!!! When a 10 year old can just put ut into the machine and just leav3 for 10 minutes and do something else while the machine do its thing but I guess this Staples has to guard the papers for 2 days while the machines works !!! And the employees here (don't get me startwd!!) He was giving me a look like he doesn't want or need my business bc he was so busy waiting for tge machine to finish!! Well I guess they have to be if it takes 2 F days to laminate 2 F peoces of papers!! And it cost 4.80 each!!! What a Rip off ut is cheaper I'd you divide it by 48 HOIRS!!! INLY 10 CENTS PER HOUR!!! We are really under paying the MACHINES!!! Well if tgey act like they don't need nt business then I'll take all my businesses elsewhere!!! I went to UPS store they did it un 30 mins and was only 2.50 per sheet!!! (UPS Is where i am raking my busses from now on) So you tell me if STAPLES employees at this stor are A) usele B) ncompetent C) lazy or D] STAPLES just hires alot of SPECIAL people to work for them? Comment below!!!

  Terrible store, decent amount of employees are lazy and don’t want to do their job, as usual. one woman told me that they wasn’t able to take my package unless I printed out a barcode that I spent money for and then her coworker five minutes later told me I was misinformed But they can’t take it at all, no care in the world, whole time the woman that told me that is standing right there, not worth the argument just won’t be spending my money here anymore ✌🏽

  Outstanding Service from Rodrigo at Staples (Springfield Location) I recently had an urgent, high-stakes printing need and received absolutely outstanding service from Rodrigo at the Springfield Staples location. I was in a terrible bind, needing to print an entire, professional-grade catalog at the very last minute for a crucial meeting and interview. Despite the complexity and time-sensitive nature of the job, Rodrigo handled the situation with incredible speed, efficiency, and—most importantly—patience. He walked me through every step of the process, from file preparation to selecting the right paper stock and binding options, ensuring the final product was flawless and looked truly professional. The catalog was finished on time, and the quality was perfect, which significantly contributed to the positive outcome of my meeting. I went to two Staples locations before and nobody wanted to helped me. Rodrigo is a prime example of exceptional customer service. His professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile under pressure make him the best employee I have ever dealt with in a retail environment.
