Clifford assisted me, tremendously, and I was able to buy a laptop, a printer, accessories and warranties!!! He explained how to use each item in ways I completely understood and respectfully answered all my questions!! I also established a relationship with the store and it's suppliers which helps me use, upgrade and protect my equipment!!! Who would have thought a stationary supply store would offer top of the line technology equipment and assistance!!! Not me!!! I plan to tell as many people as I can about my experience so they can benefit from it as well!! I really felt comfortable making my purchases and sharing my thoughts on more and more items I was thinking of getting. I even left my laptop and some items overnight for servicing which was very convenient for me. I definitely recommend Staples and Clifford for students, professionals, seniors, retirees, teachers, business owners, families, churches, community centers, worship centers, leaders, military members, etc. & anyone else whether they excell in technology, are challenged to some degree and/or anyone in between to seek the services at this store.
