The grown man with an emo haircut from 2005 who can barely grow a mustache took every single chance he could to be rude, snarky and short to every single customer in his line. I dont care if this time of year is stressful. Dont take it out on strangers.

Employees in the office are always pleasant. No complaints. It really sucks though when I pay for express shipping and am notified my package is meant to be delivered today (Saturday) only to find out that they couldn’t deliver due to “no access”. The front of the mailbox wasn’t blocked. The pathway to the door was clear. Now I have to wait till Monday to receive something I paid for express shipping on. Post office is closed early on Saturday. I’m just confused as to why delivering a package to a residence you are at and have access to is hard. Reading the other reviews I’m not the only person who has had this problem.

Fully realizing that my complaint will probably do no good, I join the chorus of others who are very dissatisfied with the Spring Grove post office delivery services. I receive the informed delivery emails, which are quite helpful in knowing what to expect in my mailbox each day. That is, if the mail actually arrived. The number of days the emails are wrong in increasing. Yesterday I was "informed" via email that three pieces of mail were coming. Guess how many came. Zero. I am a senior with a long, steep driveway. I trekked up and down four times to check if my mail had arrived. Nope. One time even after dark. I even checked again this morning in the rain. Mailbox empty. My living conditions are not the concern of the postal service, of course, but it is unacceptable to be "informed" that mail is going to be delivered and it never comes. If this were a one time occurrence, it would not be an issue. Stuff happens. But it now happens a couple times a week. I am not the type of person who complains about every little thing, but my mail is a big thing. I'd like to think that things will improve, but I'm not holding my breath.
