It really sucks though when I pay for express shipping and am notified my package is meant to be delivered today (Saturday) only to find out that they couldn’t deliver due to “no access”. The front of the mailbox wasn’t blocked. The pathway to the door was clear. Now I have to wait till Monday to receive something I paid for express shipping on. Post office is closed early on Saturday. I’m just confused as to why delivering a package to a residence you are at and have access to is hard. Reading the other reviews I’m not the only person who has had this problem.

Just had another delivered in the pouring down rain and next to my trash cans really? Clothes I ordered are soaked and they were bagged so the driver could very well see they were clothes and the clear bag was also torn. I have a front covered porch my house is right on the road so it’s not more then 15 feet to porch. I’m getting very upset with this. They can’t open a gate. And gate is left open when we get a delivery date so no reason to ruin our purchases in the weather. LAZY THATS ALL IT IS
