    If I could I would give this place 0 stars, but I can't. I went there to mail a bunch of documents and was treated like a moron. I was the only person in line and there was 3 people working at the time. One of them went to the back so she wasn't at the counter, the other was taking a customer and the 3rd one was just sitting on her phone at the counter and wasn't looking up. I came up to her thinking that she probably just didn't see me standing there, but turns out she was just ignoring me. When I came up to her she gave me a glare like I ruined her time of looking at the phone and then just silently pointed her finger to the left and only a couple of seconds later said that "she will help you". At that time the first employee was still out in the back and the only other available employee was the woman next to her. I didn't think it was a big deal so I slided to the side waiting for the other employee to help me (which she did and provided a good service) when suddenly the 1st employee finally came back from the back and started talking loudly with the employee that was sitting on her phone about me (while I literally was standing there). They said (to each other) how I don't understand simple commands and how I and people don't listen anymore and that she clearly pointed her finger to the employee that wasn't even there, to which she agreed and even said that "I was clearly waiting for him here" which is absurd because as I said before she wasn't even there. Overall horrible experience and I honestly don't recommend coming here unless u have no other choice or don't mind arrogant and obnoxious employees who are angry and annoyed with every customer that comes in there.

    TRUE REASON FOR HORRIBLE RATINGS FOR SOUTHAMPTON 18966 LOCATION IS UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. Recently, for about last 10 days, we had many delivery and mail pickup problems with substitute mail carrier. We understand, that she is new for this work, but her absolute lack of professionalism is causing many critical problems. Yesterday I finally filed formal complaint on USPS website about the issues. This morning, Jan. 5, 2026 I received tel. call from Southampton post office supervisor. The supervisor was upset about ME and my complaint with USPS, he was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Could you believe that the manager of the post office just could not control his anger and aggression talking to a customer?! The supervisor of US post office could not control his aggression and PREJUDGET antipathy to a customer!!! What is going on with our society in these days?! What should we expect from Southampton post office stuff with this rude and unprofessional supervisor?!

    Visited on 12/30. The line was insane in the afternoon around 1-2 pm that i almost left…I’ve been to this location previously and always dread going here due to employees attitude and lack of wanting to work… but then I saw the one employee Suzy (black hair, glasses) who kept her composure and very pleasant attitude. i hope she’s always there whenever i come back because i can’t stand the nastiness from the others.

    We had such a great experience with Suzy. We brought a very wiggly two year old for a passport photo and application. It took multiple attempts to get a picture that met passport photo requirements from a toddler mid meltdown. Despite the sassy toddler, Suzy was an understanding professional. She was patient, calm and funny! We would go back in a heartbeat after such stellar service!!!!
