- BSBrittney SmithJan 17, 20241.0South Park USPS: My mailbox has a lock on it since I live in an apartment building, but USPS returned my mail to sender WITHOUT leaving me a note staying that I had 10 days to pick up my mail or it would be returned to sender! My son was in ICU in December 2023 so I was not thinking about my mail. I did NOT know that they'd take my mail out of my mailbox because it was "too full." I called USPS and they don't keep track of if they returned the mail to sender, so basically the mail carrier could have taken the mail and did whatever with it! I receive scanned images of my mail and I know that my mailbox was not full. My mailbox is very deep. I reached out to my boss, because she sent me something in the mail before Christmas and she has not received any returned mail from me. I am convinced that they threw my mail away. I will continue to contact folks who have sent me something in the mail. Do better USPS!!!!!!!!!
