One star is 1 too many! The postmaster at this post office has severe personality problems and should not be interfacing with the public! She seems to prefer to deny service than to offer any!!!
I advise avoiding this PO! Maybe use an alternate shipping service like UPS or just a different PO if possible.

This post office is a joke. Most of the people employed are rude. The post master should NOT be working with the public. Shes not a people person. Shes VERY rude. She argues with people. She recently argued with my husband about a package saying it was delivered when we knew it wasnt and then after almost an hour of back and forth she decided to check tracking numbers and said oh it is here! Shes lazy and Very unprofessional. We get notices in the mailbox that says they attempted to deliver a package which is not true. They very rarely attempt. It wasnt until we went down and started complaining and calling them out on their behavior that we got packages delivered.
The service you get depends on if she and a few others like you or not...most of the time. Others its just wrong

If you live in the Borough you are forced to get a PO Box because you do not have regular mail boxes. They do not provide 24/7 access to that PO Box so you are forced to work around their schedule in order to obtain your own mail. Ridiculous. Most people who work regular day shift jobs will not be able to get their mail regularly.
