- BSBarbara SpinkJul 22, 20253.0Have been trying to call for over a week. No One answers the phone. I stopped by Saturday to pick up Vacation mail. I was told it was in York PA. I drove to York PA and they said it had already been sent to Shrewsbury. I expected it to be Delivered on Monday. NADA. I called this am .. no answer. I drove over and they said they just received it from York. Stayed York probably did not find it until I had left a d then sent it back down. I asked about no one answer the phone ???? and they said several people have looked at it and no one can fix it. We have a lot of elderly people in our community. This is all unacceptable.
- LSL SMar 3, 20221.0Bad and rude attitude. No sense of customer service. Went to location for passport. Got there at my scheduled time and was sent home because it wasn’t 15 minutes early. I rescheduled for the following day. Arrived 25 minutes early and was sent away because I didn’t have my birth certificate. Nowhere does it say birth certificate. The teller was sassy and nasty. And her boss just as unprofessional. I hate it out here. If I was white I wouldn’t have received that kind of customer service. Sad world we live in
