    Same old story. Walked in this morning with a prepaid label. The owner was the only person in the store I said good morning, he ignored me never made eye contact took my package and walked back to his office. A few weeks prior, I was the only person in the store and had to listen to the owner run his mouth about how he “wishes he could’ve given some Karen a piece of his mind” I let the manager know that he make sure no one’s in the store before he talks shit about clients. He also gets very short fuse when you choose to have them package something rom Amazon versus doing it Kiosk. Amazon instructions say the store will do it and that’s what they should do

    I have visited this location twice in December 2025 for "Comcrook" equipment returns and both time's the customer service has been outstanding, Very pleasant to deal with even though the line was to the door , No complaints whatsoever

    This store owner is very rude and disrespectful to the customer. I was attempting to pick up a package that was addressed to my husband and I had the email confirmation and tracking number etc. he brought the package out to the counter, showed it to me and then proceeded to tell me that I could not have the package because I was not the addressee… I questioned if I could get it because my drivers license had the same mailing address and the same last name as the recipient. He told me no he could not give it to me. As I was walking away, he rudely Said “ This is not my rule. It’s corporate rule.” I left the store and reread the email confirmation in my car to then returned to the store and stood back in line again to question the policy because of a note that was in the email. The email stated that if you were not the addressee you needed was your valid ID and the tracking number as well. As I approached the counter when it was my turn, he looked at me and said is your husband here? When I questioned and read him the email, he refused to explain why he would not give me the package and just kept telling me that he was the owner and that he knows that this is the policy and that it is not his rule. It is UPS’s rule and that he cannot give me the package. I questioned again rereading word for word what the email said and he said “I am not going to stand here and argue with you. I am done with this conversation,” Waved me away and took the next customer. As I’m walking away, he said “just send your husband in to pick it up.” My husband then had to make a return trip to the store and when he picked up the package asked if the owner was present. The employee told him he was there, but that she knew who he was, and that the owner was not going to come out and speak to him. So this guy was rude and disrespectful to me and then refused to face my husband…

    This place is terrible: I just got insulated by their staff (Jay) and he way very aggressive. I never seen such incompetence and lack of manners and horrible customer service. Never go there again! Why does UPS allow this incompetence?

    The manager (owner?) was miserable and rude to me when making my Amazon returns. I’m sure they make a pretty penny contracting with Amazon to treat their customers with such disrespect and rudeness.
