  I came in and it's a complete cluster mess in the store with a line out the door and employees that don't know what they're doing. I sent a package UPS next day air. It was guaranteed. It absolutely had to be there because it had important court documents. UPS updates their delivery and says it's not going to be delivered until 9 PM... to a commercial address that's going to be closed. I called and they said there's nothing they can do about it. Now my court hearing has been delayed for one month because of this. This is the third overnight guaranteed package that UPS has lost or delayed in the past month. I would strongly suggest not using UPS at all for anything that's needed overnight. They're incompetent and the union means their employees can't be fired so they don't care if they deliver your packages or not.

  I was a bit unsure of the location due to it being under 3 stars on Google, after reading some of the reviews I decided to go in anyway. The man I was met with (assuming one of the managers) was very calm, patient, and friendly with me. I asked him why his stores ratings were so low. He explained to me that the store is a hub for Amazon returns and that alot of entitled "karens" come in and think they can shove employees around... I call upon all good people of shrewbury to 5 star bomb these pitiful self righteous Karen's. And good will towards the UPS store of the Shrews.

  I had to ship hundreds of pounds of packages over a short period of time. I know it was a lot to deal with, but every one I dealt with did it with a smile on their face. Great experience!

  Same old story. Walked in this morning with a prepaid label. The owner was the only person in the store I said good morning, he ignored me never made eye contact took my package and walked back to his office. A few weeks prior, I was the only person in the store and had to listen to the owner run his mouth about how he “wishes he could’ve given some Karen a piece of his mind” I let the manager know that he make sure no one’s in the store before he talks shit about clients. He also gets very short fuse when you choose to have them package something rom Amazon versus doing it Kiosk. Amazon instructions say the store will do it and that’s what they should do
