The staff always seems very unhappy to be working there and not wanting to help and find solutions. I often feel like they are trying to avoid doing any type of work and just want you out as soon as you come in. Last time i was there they said their barcode scanner was not working and prior to that it was excuse after excuse. I now just avoid them unless i absolutely have to go.

I had every label and screenshot ready and everything organized. From the moment I walked in the owner was rolling his eyes and making sarcastic comments such as “Are you finished yet? This is more returns than I have had in my entire life.” As I was handing over the last packages he continued to make rude remarks; when I asked what his problem was, he told me “you don’t like it then get out of my store and don’t come back,” then said “no one gives a shit about you” and walked away. I was stunned by how disrespectful and unprofessional he was. I don’t recommend this location to anyone who expects basic courtesy and for someone to do THEIR JOB
