The office staff are rude, unprofessional, and will curse in your ear on the phone. The carriers will do ignorant things if they do not want to deliver to an address, like mark it vacant and return your mail instead of forwarding it to the change of address that you've submitted. I've missed a very important package due to the neglect of this post office, and after calling twice they were rude, and did literally nothing to help, though they had the ability to.
