    Postmaster returns mail and parcels the day they arrive, doesn't even give me a chance to pick them up! I ask why they never deliver, I have a mailbox and a short, paved driveway "it's the carriers discretion". These people are useless! Someone needs to fire that woman!

    Watching my packages arrive here then constantly get routed to Waynesboro, then Lancaster, then Harrisburg, back to to here and get delivered 2 days late.

    Went for passport services. Took like 5 minutes. Everything went smoothly. Workers were nice and helpful. Highly recommend this location. Thank you for being helpful

    I will never ship anything with USPS again. They deny claims for broken & lost packages. Package arrived to buyer broken. Shipped fragile package with glass, they were notified it was breakable. Double wrapped with bubble wrap & extra cardboard as filler. Paid extra for insurance, refunded my buyer since they received broken glass, didn't think there would be an issue. They provided pictures for the claim. 2 weeks after filing the claim, I got a letter stating they want the buyer to mail back the contents, packaging & all *OR* my claim may be denied. I am sure it's been disposed of by now as it was broken & can clearly be seen in the photos. I lost $350 because of USPS, their insurance is USELESS if they deny when delivery doesn't handle fragile packages with care.

    The same female always refuses to pull into a driveway that has plenty of room to turn around. A young man there and other places have zero issues delivering mail to bid for mail box.
