One or two times is forgivable, but multiple times and now during tax season when we are waiting on important documents is just not excusable. This is a serious issue, because how are we supposed to know if something is delivered or missing when there is no tracking on it and for all we know someone else has our letters. I'm not trying to insult anyone, but you would think the most important and basic part of this job is reading an address and a mail box number and making sure letters go to the right box. Luckily we believe our neighbors to be honest people, but had that not been the case we could never have seen those important documents and it could make our lives a mess. There's just no excuse for this blunder to happen more often than a couple times.

More than a handful of times I put mail out and the flag up to have it taken only to have it ignored for 2 or sometimes even 3 days at a time. Which is not acceptable as I run a business and mail things out for customers that expect their orders on time. I do not have a car during the day, so this has forced me on multiple occasions to have to pack up my toddler and walk my ignored packages over a mile down to the office because I’ve learned not to trust that she will pick them up the next day either. Maybe she doesn’t understand that she’s supposed to look for flags that are up whether she has mail to deliver them or not? Once, maybe an accident. Twice, certainly forgivable. But this has happened more times than I can count on one hand…. In one short summer.
