- TBTheresa ButtacavoliJul 28, 20251.0I was informed my package was “returned” to this Post Office due to an “issue” when attempting to deliver to my address. Seems the time it states of this alleged attempt & the time it arrived back to the Post Office is 3 minutes apart!!! Two towns over…Pretty impressive!!! I can see why they only have a 2.7 rating. Sounds like they just didn’t feel like delivering anymore for the day! Hmmm… same address I’ve received hundreds of packages.
- KSK SJul 8, 20252.0Not once not twice not even three times I’ve stoped here around the three o clock hour just to find a sign on the door that says “back in ten”. Went across the street did some other errands (20 minutes later) come back door is still locked sign is still up. Get real I get things come up, but seriously how often at 3pm is there a reason to have to lock the door and take another break or what ever you’re doing….
- KKKat3Mar 21, 20252.0I've had the same shared experience with "The Yeller!" Yes, over the last few years I've heard her berating customer loud enough so that everyone present can hear, and even yelled about people parking outside, and whatever they had been doing to face her wrath. Finally, last year I reported her when I was the one that got yelled at. I'd been mailing donations to a certain group at least 12 times. The 12th time she told me that I couldn't mail it the way I wanted. I mentioned that she mailed them for me just the week before, the exact same way. She then freaked out, and said that it couldn't be done and that she had other customers and that she'd TRY and get to it before she closed. Not only was I embarrassed, but all the people waiting in line couldn't believe her tirade either. She should NOT be working in anything where she interacts with customers. I filed a formal report, and was contacted later and told they addressed the issue. I decided to go back and try the PO again. Surprise, surprise, a gentleman was holding the door for me as I went in, and he said, "be prepared, she's on a rampage- I'm warning you!" And yes, there she was yelling at a customer in front of at least 4 other people. Shame on the PO, for not giving her a job somewhere that she can actually handle. Nothing has changed!
