  DHL is the worst service ever! I ordered from Bath & Body Works. I never received my products. I ordered on 3/4, said it was shipped 3/8, I called Bath & Body on 3/20 like they suggested I do on the DHL site, because I hadn’t received it yet. They said, we will have to redo your order and have it re-shipped, through a different delivery service, and that one of the items was out of stock, so they refunded me for it, and re-sent the rest. The new service they got for me was, DHL again, and that I will receive it 4/1. We will see what happens this time. However, I still won’t order for delivery anymore, because this is the second time this has happened with Bath & Body through DHL!

  Don't use dhl and make sure when you buy something online make sure they dont use dhl .worse ever. Completely waste your time .if I could give negative stars negative 5.

  Sean was so helpful! Kathy and Franky made sure my package had additional padding and foam. Sean gave great advice for returning the package and made sure every inch of the package was sealed. Highly recommend.
