- RERichard EvelandSep 25, 20251.0I just had a package of soap delivered by them that had 5 of the 6 bars missing. It was open and barely taped back up with packing tape. Even if the driver didn’t steal it there’s no way they should have left it partially open. I am very curious as to how it got torn open perfectly along the top as well. I guess they really needed the soap

I called today to see why they were holding my mail in the post office as per customer request the problem is I'm the customer and I never requested it now they told me that the city confirmed to her that my house was condemned I asked her to show me the paperwork and she rudely said no and we're done here and literally hung up the phone on me. Someone tell me how is that professional? This is a government .agency correct? Her lack of professionalism should cost her her job. I will be contacting the Postmaster General.
