- CCChris CJan 24, 20261.0Susan should not be in a position that pertains to customer service. Down right rude and her response to a package delivery issue was " I'm just a clerk here and handle stamps postage". I leave, then get a call she found the package, go back into the store and it wasn't even the correct name and address on the package. Her response, "I need a vacation and so do you with this mess." If you keep her employed, she needs customer service classes ASAP, or needs to retire. Selinsgrove post office was very polite and helped resolve my issue.
