She/he? - couldn't tell gender for sure- did not speak to me once until I turned to leave. She pointed at the credit card reader for the info for the price of mailing my package. I paid and turned to leave. She finally said "do you want your receipt?" as I turned to leave but was still continuing her phone call. This person should not even have a job. If you cannot put aside your personal call long enough to acknowledge and care for a client you have no business being in a customer service position.
