I received a notification that they were on their way to us, but as of today, they still haven’t been delivered. This morning I contacted the local post office, but we were given no help at all — they didn’t even try to assist. Also, recently we’ve been receiving other people’s mail in our mailbox, along with many duplicate newspapers.
