Frequently, she’ll say we didn’t answer the door when we’ve been in the house waiting all day. She once even said we requested her to hold a package that we were eagerly expecting. She also leaves the mailbox open in the rain and smashes the mail to get it all in. I also frequently get other people’s mail and packages. We’ve had many things damaged. She just doesn’t care.
