I recently called the post office to ask about a package that was not received (mix up with my forward address and old address). I told him i had previously experienced a problem where my package had gotten lost in the mail, it was at neither address, and was calling to make sure it hadnt happened to the current package. He was extremely rude and kept telling me there was no way my previous package was lost, it was at one of my address' and no my current package wasnt at the post office but it wasnt lost either (although they are at neither address and the sender says they are not returned) he told me that i was wrong repeatedly and wouldnt even allow me to explain the previous situation and why i was concerned. I was not calling to complain, i was calling because the package contains my sons halloween costume, and halloween is a week away. I just wanted to get the problem fixed before it was too late and i had to buy him a new costume. He then tells me that if i insist on talking about it call his supervisor from another post office because he has nothing to say to me nor can he help me. Spouts the number off and doesnt even bother to see if i had a pen to write it down and hangs up. Extremely rude man. I used to walk to this post office frequently when i sent out packages, and have always dealt with a woman who was very patient and nice... i wish she had answered the phone instead.
