Literally never been asked that before especially because my tap pay requires my finger print- waste of my time. Update, went to the other scranton post office and guess what- in and out in two seconds no issue. Won't be going back to this post office again. Unnecessary hassle

Most recently (and one of the final straws) this P.O. location RETURNED an item I purchased WITHOUT notifying me it had even ARRIVED! I GOT THE NOTICE FROM THE MERCHANT (and finally via email). I PAID for the service. No card/notice was left, I work from home, (AND have 3 dogs that bark at approaching people) so they clearly never knocked - they usually leave my other purchases on the porch! There is no good reason for this! I have to wait until they're open to call. I can't wait to leave this entire area.
