- AMAmanda MillerAug 11, 20251.0An absolute disgrace to the community. Constantly delivering mail to wrong addresses. Employees tampering with packages containing prescription medication, then when they find out it's not something they can take or make money off of them they still deliver it. Packages during the holidays were never delivered to our house but yet the gift cards included in the package were used. The family member who sent the package kept the gift card receipt and called the company who was able to track the card and found out it was spent in Dickson City. It's a federal crime to tamper with US mail but the post office did nothing about it. Nothing but thieves and incompetent people at the Scranton PA location.

I chase him down n ask him about the pkg. all the while he was carrying it in his bag, so it was still "OUT FOR DELIVERY" not delivered. Don't mark packages as delivered if they were in fact NOT DELIVERED to the address.
