The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless. Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages. Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting! Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location. Great service here always!!
