- GGGAug 28, 20241.0Customer service is extremely poor at this location. The lady (S) at the counter speaks to people in a condescending way. When asking questions, she answers with an attitude and acts like you should know the answer. She rolls her eyes and simply is just rude. She should not be in a customer facing position. This was my 3rd time interacting with her and will be my last. I live in Schuylkill Haven and will now drive to Orwigsburg for my postal needs.
