- CACYP AppointmentsMay 19, 20253.0So unhappy that the post office didn't respond to my lost letter. The person I talked to was very nice, gave me a case number to refer to, but gave me a dozen reasons why my letter wasn't received...couldn't read address/incomplete/ no address, dirty, fell out of envelope. Said someone would contact me within two weeks, one way or another. Three months later, I am still waiting for some type of response. Disappointed.
